You have the right to have your TrustCirq account and personal data removed. Here's how.

Deletion is permanent

Once your account is deleted, your profile, settings, and personal data will be permanently removed. Some anonymised transaction records may be retained as part of group history to maintain accountability for other members, as described in our Privacy Policy.

How to Request Account Deletion

Prepare your details

Have your account email address ready. If you registered with a phone number, have that available too.

Send a deletion request

Email support@trustcirq.com with the subject line 'Account Deletion Request' and include the required information listed below.

Await confirmation

Our team will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and confirm once your account has been deleted (up to 30 days).

    The email address associated with your TrustCirq account.

  • Phone Number (if used during registration)

    Helps us verify your identity and locate your account.

    Reason for Deletion (optional)

    Optional, but helps us improve TrustCirq for other users.

All deletion requests are reviewed by our team and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Requests are typically completed within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email when your account has been deleted.
